GFD Participates in ASME’s Car Smash

This past Wednesday, GFD was able to participate with Rowan University’s ASME Chapter for their annual Car Smash event.  Every year, ASME raises money for their organization by allowing students to pay a fee to take wacks at an old vehicle with a weapon of their choosing.  At the conclusion of the event, they allow our department to perform a vehicle extrication while the students watch.  Thanks to ASME for the opportunity to practice our skills!
